Include Storage Cluster name in Storage Action Details

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Today, Turbonomic does not include Storage Cluster information within generated storage actions (such as provision storage). In order for this action to be useful and relevant, we need visibility as to which datastores are in which datastore clusters. In the scenario that the datastore is not in a datastore cluster, knowing that it's not in a DS cluster but needs more storage is important information to gleam.

We need this information accessible via the UI, API, and within workflows.

This speaks to larger theme within Turbonomic that while we do have a means of searching, scoping, and configuring policies for storage clusters, we do not have a very good means of linking the individual storage devices back to their respective storage clusters.
