Add AD group name to UI when Group ID claim is used in SAML SSO Configuration

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

In a hybrid env (i.e. some on-prem AD groups synced with Entra ID AND cloud-only AD groups exist) you cannot use an AD group name claim (cloud-only group display names). Group ID claim must be used for hybrid environments. When setting up the AD group in Turbo as an external group, SSO only works if the group ID (i.e. objected in Azure) is entered as the group name in Turbo. Given we have hundreds of AD groups to setup in Turbo, this does not present an ideal user experience. We would like to visually see and filter by AD group name in Turbo.
