Currently, Turbonomic does not generate actions for virtual machines (VMs) that are part of a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Managed Instance Group (MIG), unless a specific probe property is manually enabled (gcp.mig.vm.action.enabled). Even when enabled, the actions are limited and not executable directly from Turbonomic, users must apply recommendations manually by updating the MIG template in the GCP Console.
We propose an enhancement to natively support action generation for GCP MIGs directly within Turbonomic, ideally at the MIG level (as a group), similar to how AWS Auto Scaling Groups are handled.
