Control new Cloud Instance Types on Existing Custom Policies Merged

Currently when new Cloud Instance Types are released by cloud providers, our custom policies that have scaling constraints for Cloud Instance Types automatically select these new family types. We recently had an issue where GCP released a new ARM family and Turbonomic scaled several of our Windows Vms into that family which broke those VMs. It would be nice if this didn't happen and instead we are notified when new family instance types are released for us to review and update our custom scaling constraint policies.
