Adding Tagging ID Information Into CSV Downloads for Delete App Service Plan Actions

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Why is it useful?

To enable teams to easily route Delete Empty App Service Plan actions to the correct owners based on CVS App ID Tags.

As a part of change management processes customers take Turbonomic actions to the correct application owners before they execute delete actions. These application owners are defined by App ID Tag. App ID Tag information is available in the CSV file for Deleting unattached storage volumes but it is not available in the CSV download for deleting empty App Service Plans.

Who would benefit from it?

Customer who leverage App ID Tags to hold teams accountable for cloud optimization.

How should it work?

Have a column in the delete empty App Service Plan CVS file that contains the App IT TAG data for each action.
