Create a parking policy for PMC users not to start any VM more than 7 days in park my cloud

To avoid more uptime of the VM which is underutilization. If need user can revisit and extend the pause of the VM after 7 days.

    Turbonomic 8.17.4 release (~1-Oct) would have the limit control function on Pause Schedule feature. When the user applies "Pause Schedule" option on any parkable workload to postpone the execution date-time of the schedule, the action will be validated based on the maximum time limit (Can be sent by Admin User roles: Administrator, Site Administrator, Parking Administrator) and restricts the action only upto the max date-time.

    Example, if the limit is 72 hrs and the Pause Schedule can be applied to the max of 3 days (or) 72 hours.
