Group the actions in Snow - and then let the App Owner approve the VM rightsize actions from the one CR. And is able to select some or all of them. Otherwise the app owners will get deluged with multiple individual changes coming in to approve/reject. they'll just reject or ignore the lot.

    We will be visiting the ServiceNow integration again in 2023 as part of our ongoing support to keep pace with the ServiceNow versions.. will add this idea to the considerations list. Thanks Jim.

    It would be helpful to extend any grouping capability to a scope beyond just a single VM. Imagine an application support team that has an application comprised of 50 VMs. During a given market cycle, 20 of the VMs have pending actions. Rather than 20 separate CRs, the app support team would like to see one CR that covers all of the impacted systems.

    A user can define the scope of a change request through the use of resource tagging. All actions on resources with a common tag are grouped into a single change request.
