The description tab should be available for Target

The Description field should be available for Targets.

Currently, when adding a VMC vCenter as a target, we often have to use its IP address. However, since VMC environments are primarily identified by IP, only individuals familiar with those IPs can recognize the corresponding targets—making it difficult for others to identify them.

If a Description field were available under the Target tab, it would allow us to include meaningful information such as the target name, region, or environment details when adding an IP-based target. This would greatly improve clarity and usability.

At present, this option is not available, making it challenging to identify targets by IP alone. Therefore, we request the addition of a Description field for targets to enhance manageability and visibility across the team.
