Need VM and Volume group filter for entity criticality (for both on-prem and cloud)

Need VM and Volume group filter for entity criticality (for both on-prem and cloud) to be able to send only actions for certain groups of VMs and Volumes that are for performance to ServiceNow during a certain time frame and other actions that are for efficiency only during a different time frame. There is no way to do this in the UI today based on a group filter and requires a custom script to do this via API which is not scalable and not sustainable as we have to manually remove or script the logic to remove such VM's from those groups if they no longer have performance or efficiency actions generated. This will increase the user experience and not require customer scripting to accomplish this that should be in the UI like other group filter options. Any questions or more details needed please let me know, thanks

Really this should be for Action Category, just like we have in the Pending Actions widget. Same filter to be available when making a group. Would be nice to have a option to also select none of them to create groups of VMs without any actions as well.
