After discussion with Business Partner in Taiwan, they would like to promote Turbonomic to their customers who also using AWS. However, their customer's AWS account is Block Billing, which means the AWS cost explorer API is not accessible in the client's AWS account. This is a very common situations for all AWS users in Taiwan.
Is it possible to disable AWS cost explorer API errors and let those alerts not appearing in Notification Center > System Alerts. Maybe design a toggle to disable/enable this function so that it won't affect other normal Turbo users.
