Refresh Actions Pop Up in Action Center Page

Can we enable the option for it to go away when we click on the main screen? This keeps popping up every few minutes, doesn't go away until you actually click on it. If you have selected 75 items to be shown, that goes away to default state after I am forced to click on refresh. 

This is extremely annoying especially when you are researching something on a particular server. This pops up when I have selected the Actions page on a specific server. I can't take screenshots as this pop up doesn't go away until I click on it. When I actually click on it, it takes me to the main page where all the items are listed in the Action Center. Taking screenshots with the pop up always there blocks some parts due to which we have to minimize the font further and then take the screenshot.
