Dynamic integration with Azure EntraID for user access.

As a Turbonomic user, we want to encourage all application owners to be able to logon to Turbonomic and only see their respective Azure accounts and subsequent applications. We have over 3k Azure subscriptions and over 6k namespaces where applications are defined. Azure Entra ID is in use within the organization to delegate said access. When a user logs into Turbonomic, we want Turbonomic to automatically scope users to the entities that they are delegated to, and we want users to only see the azure subscriptions that they are entitled to see. Additionally, when user access changes (IE users role changes and access is revoked or increased), we want Turbonomic to dynamically reflect those changes. This is a strict security requirement we have at AT&T and will aid in the adoption of Turbonomic.
