Monitoring and Alerting of Turbo-XL instances

Hi Team, We have turbo instances running across both production and non production environments in OpenShift infra, however we do not have a monitoring enabled for them. Considering we need to be alerted incase of any issue we would like to know how do we monitor our instances. Currently we have vROPs, SCOM, Dynatrace & Splunk in our infra for monitoring various applications and would like to know if there is any management pack for Turbo-XL that can be installed and monitor and alerted for any issues with Turbo-XL. We are running on 8.5.4 version. I see the notification , but how do get these notifications changed to incident in Service Now? Question is can tools like vROPs, SCOM, Dynatrace & Splunk monitor our turbo instances for any issues?
