Uniform Data in api/v3/markets/Market/actions for "Delete Volume"

Hi there,

When retrieving execution details for VM, Database, and Volume scaling actions, the API correctly returns the unique Resource IDs, AWS Account IDs, and Regions. However, when retrieving details for "Delete Volume" actions, this critical infrastructure data is missing from the response payload.

API Calls for Reference:

Failing Scenario (No Resource ID, AWS Account ID, or location data for deleted volumes):

curl -s -k -X POST "https://${TURBO_API_URL}/api/v3/markets/Market/actions?limit=500&targetClassNameList=VirtualVolume" \
-H "Accept: application/json" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-b "${TURBO_TOKEN}" \
-d '{
"actionStateList": ["SUCCEEDED"],
"targetClassNameList": ["VirtualVolume"],
"actionTypeList": ["DELETE"],
"startTime": "-1d"
}' | jq

Working Scenario (Data correctly available for scaled volumes):

curl -s -k -X POST "https://${TURBO_API_URL}/api/v3/markets/Market/actions?limit=500&targetClassNameList=VirtualVolume" \
-H "Accept: application/json" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-b "${TURBO_TOKEN}" \
-d '{
"actionStateList": ["SUCCEEDED"],
"targetClassNameList": ["VirtualVolume"],
"actionTypeList": ["SCALE"],
"startTime": "-90d"
}' | jq

I noticed that when you run the API call to retrieve a list of executed "Delete Volumes" actions right after performing them, the account ID and other details are still accessible. But after some time, this information is no longer available.

It would've been great if all the required data was retained and returned by the API for deleted resources too!

Thanks and regards,
