Add a Groups tab beside the Policies tab when viewing a Workload

When viewing a workload, you can see the Policies that a Workload is impacted by, but there is no easy way in Turbonomic to see the groups that a workload is included in.  As an administrator, you currently have to either use the API, or one of the reporting tools (Legacy or ThoughtSpot) to do this which adds time to the administrative process.  We currently incur a lot of wasted time trying to determine the groups a workload belongs to when we are assessing the changes needed for a workload or set of workloads.

Adding a 'Groups' tab between the 'Details' and 'Policies' tab that lists all of the groups a workload belongs to when enhance the user experience for an Administrator greatly.
