Visualization and Optimization of Oracle PDB Resources

(This is a duplicate to https://ideas.ibm.com/ideas/TURBO-I-1478  , to make this idea visible to the customer as well.)

Customer is running on-prem instances of Oracle, which has CDB and PDB (Multitenant Architecture.)

We would like to request the ability to visualize and provide optimization actions not only at the CDB level, but also for each PDB. Specifically, the customer needs visibility into key metrics such as CPU, memory, and storage usage at the PDB level, along with actionable optimization recommendations.

Currently, Turbonomic is capable of collecting and analyzing resource metrics at the CDB level; however, it does not support resource visibility for individual PDBs. We believe that it should be technically feasible to retrieve PDB-level metrics, including CPU and memory usage, by leveraging the `V$RSRCPDBMETRIC` view.

Therefore, we request an enhancement to enable the collection, visualization, and optimization of per-PDB resource metrics.
