Sandbox Testing for Turbonomic Polcies

It would be useful to be able to experiment with different policy settings and see their impact quickly and in an isolated space separate from the live recommendations space.  One thing I have been struggling with has been making a policy change, then waiting a while to see if I get a recommendation or not once the policy is updated and effective on the respective resources.  I also have had some issues surrounding confusion with fluctuating estimated savings numbers while I debug and tweak policies.  The planning tool currently seems like a useful tool for this, but having a clean way to set effective policy settings for the planning tool to use when it runs to experiment with them would be a very useful addition for me, as it would provide me a way to change policies and see their effects both quickly and without our internal users of turbonomic and cloudability having thier dashboards and reports impacted.
