Ability to create a ServiceNow Change Request for Parking similar to how it works for Actions

We would like to have the ability to be able to create Change Requests in ServiceNow for Parking, similar to how we can do this for Turbonomic Actions.  Ideally, it we would like to be able to scope this as well to govern what entities a Parking Change Request would be needed for.

Why would this be important to us?  Currently, we are utilizing Parking on Cloud workloads for non-production entities.  There are some use cases though where we would like to use it for production (e.g. systems that are not used on the weekends, etc.).  The one thing holding us back is that because the servers would be down during the parking timeframe, for production workloads our Change Control process would require us to create a Change Request.
