When ever there is an issue or product impact to Turbonomic SaaS clients, we should display an announcement on the Turbonomic home page advising clients with an updated status.

On 8/28/26 there was an issue that impacted all Turbonomic clients leveraging AWS & Azure targets (https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/defect/aCIgJ000000JAJpWAO/dt500307?language=en_US) 

As a result , the AT&T team was not aware of this issue and a large scale communication to review actions within Turbonomic was sent out within there organization by their senior leadership. All users who use Turbo were not seeing actions and confused on the progress of the ongoing scaling. 

The ask is for a banner / pop up in the UI to help the users understand that there is an ongoing issue with Turbonomic

    I agree w/Carlos. In-app notifications would be great, but there is no guarantee that either 1) the platform is stable and can deliver the message or 2) the user is actively using Turbo to see the notification. An out-of-band solution is preferred. Something that allows customers (and IBMers) to subscribe to the method(s) of their choosing.
