Put all actions together, regardless of whether they are complete or not
If there are some actions that you're trying to monitor within one change window and some take longer than others, or some don't trigger until a later time, or whatever other reason there might be, you will be in a place where your actions and executed actions are not together. if you want both, you have to export both separately. however if you do this, you may miss some that complete in the time that you move to the other location.
it makes much more sense to have all actions in one place, regardless of its state. make it so that you can filter or sort by execution state (scheduled/not started, pending, in progress, executed, failed, etc).
