Pure Storage Data Reduction Ratios not being picked up by Turbo. Using the manual Over-provisioning %. Therefore Turbo makes unnecessary Provision Disk Array Recommendations

The customer says Turbo's AI should be picking up data that is available in the PURE Storage system - and should not be requiring that the Storage Capacity Planners be adjusting the Storage Overprovisioned Percentage in the Disk Array Policy. I will share some screen shots but essentially the PURE Storage information for this Array has Data Reduction 4.2-1 Total Reduction 14.3 -1. And if this 1431% was able to be picked up - then it would be an accurate representation of the over provisioning possible by PURE. I don't know of the business cases where the customer WANTS to set a MANUAL Overprovisioned Percentage but this should also be allowed for.
