What is the desired customer use case?:
Update the install guide here: http://docs.turbonomic.com/docApp/doc/index.html?config=Install_Pnt#!/Latest_Install/_INSTALL_Topics_XL/TOPIC_SSO_OpenID_XL.xml#TOPIC_SSO_OpenID for OpenID SSO in the IBM-MCM table to include the new CR field:
openIdExternalGroupTag: blueGroups

This was a new enhancement added as part of JIRA: https://vmturbo.atlassian.net/browse/OM-83734 but is not listed in the install guide that it can be used

Impact (to the customer use of Turbo) without this:
Customers are not aware that they can use this new CR field and when using the value blueGroups will allow Turbonomic to recognize IBM blueGoups for logins via IBM-MCM OpenID SSO

How much of their intended use of Turbo is impacted?:
When using custom group property when using OpenID SSO
