Regex support for "Account" group filter

When selecting accounts (or Azure subscriptions) for a particular VM group, we sometimes want to create a large scope.  We have over 160 accounts in our environment and we like to have a group scoped to non-production and production.  To create those groups, we have to manually select every single production or nonproduction group, which can be over 100.  Then, when new accounts are created in our cloud environment, we have to go back to the group and select them.  Whereas, if we had regex, we could create a dynamic group based on naming scheme of our azure subscriptions that would consistently add those new subscriptions when they are created in our environment.  It would also make group creation easier.

Yes, ability to create a group of VMs with a criteria like "Account equals <REGEX>" is a must!
