Addition of Application Signature

Any application which runs on Windows/Linux consumes resources like CPU, Memory, storage from the client operating system. The resource utilizations of all application are shown and visible to the client OS. If there would a way in turbonomics to add application signature/service name so that it can start monitoring the application based on the specified information and can poll information from guest operating system via WMI/SNMP. 

This would enable turbonomics to get more granular view of the environment and customer would have visibility of resource utilization by the application (Basic Understanding) without having an APM in place.

    Thank you submitting this Idea. We have not seen demand for WMI/SNMP probes and not many customers use them currently. We have evaluated the request and has determined that it cannot be implemented at this time or does not align with our current strategy or roadmap. If you want your request to considered once again, please submit a new idea no sooner than in six months time. Thanks!
