Clearly identify Cloud vs On-prem specific policy settings to avoid customer confusion

Clearly identify Cloud vs On-prem specific policy settings Turbonomic is showing both cloud and on-prem policy settings when cloud VMs settings are ignored (cloud VMs settings should not appear to avoid customer confusion) For customers that have both Cloud and On-premises targets, the user experience when viewing or setting policies is confusing. There is no clear indication in the UI as to which policy setting is valid for the entity or group of entities in scope. A user needs to understand clearly which policy settings are valid for the entities in scope so that it’s totally clear what settings are available and supported. https://vmturbo.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/121010
