Allow group creation whose filter parameter is another group
We have a large push for expedited rightsizing actions, but we have lots of unique workload types as expected of large corporations. App types can include clustered, HA, reverse SLO, and more. These complications disallow us from simply creating a large group and applying a rightsizing policy to it.
It would be greatly beneficial to be able to create a group that encompasses all members matching whatever criteria, and be able to filter out all other types of workloads defined as a separate group.
For example, I'd like to create a group to rightsize "all VMs in Data Center 1" but remove members of groups "Reverse SLO", "HA", "App Clustered", "manual exclusion" etc.
Essentially we need an additional field in group creation to include/exclude membership of another group.
