Add Citrix Hypervisor support to the main stream hypervisor support in Turbonomic

Citrix targets and support for its targets are not prime time at the moment in Turbonomic.

    Thanks Mohamed. I'm marking as not under consideration at this time per our discussion but this does not prevent others requiring Citrix Hypervisor support from commenting or upvoting this requirement. If there is evidence of demand to fully support Citrix Hypervisor then I would encourage others to vote and comment here so we can gauge that.

    Thanks again and if anything changes we will change the status on this idea.
