Add support for IBM PowerVS

A certain customer in Japan has finished Turbonomic's PoC and they found some Turbonomic's issues. I would like to describe one of them here.

Turbonomic doesn't support Power VS now. They hope Turbonomic will support it.

The customer is considering embedding Turbonomic in their own cloud management service.

The customer is promoting end users Power VS and building applications on it, but now Turbonomic doesn't support Power VS, so even if they embed Turbonomic in their service, they will not be able to promote selling of it against end users who are their target customers.

If this issue is resolved, they may be able to embed Turbonomic in their service and promote selling. Also, we can promote selling IBM Cloud and Turbonomic as a set, and may increase both of revenue.


We hope this issue will be improved.
