Cloud scaling actions in AWS should also include instance-level network performance metrics to assure performance after being executed

The following link (https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/networking-and-content-delivery/amazon-ec2-instance-level-network-performance-metrics-uncover-new-insights/) was provided by our cloud ops team when discussions were held regarding the validity of Turbonomic's recommendations in AWS. For example, Packets Per Second (PPS) Performance differs per instance. With each instance having it's own maximum PPS performance, could it be possible that a scaling action didn't consider this and recommendations might lead to performance issues. If these metrics have been considered by the Turbonomic development team and aren't deemed necessary, please feel free to close this idea and rather meet with our cloud ops team to discuss further and ease concerns.
