Include VIO Servers in the PowerVM support

I think it is important to support VIO Servers in the PowerVM support.

At least add an option to allow the user to include VIO Servers.

We used to have data/recommendations for VIOS when we were using Densify, so we knew we need to right-sized the VIOS. After we migrated to Turbonomic, we no longer have PowerVM support. But now that PowerVM support is added to Turbonomic, we start seeing PowerVM systems but VIOS is not there.

Hi Simon - I recall us discussing this during our Early Access calls. We have noted it as a requirement. My colleague Jeremy Hazlett is considering it for a future iteration on our PowerVM feature.

Thanks for raising it as an idea!
