Have a way export the Action Detail screen into a PDF document

It is good that we now have direct URL that can lead to individual Action Detail page.

I will suggest we add a function to allow user to download/export the Action Detail page into a PDF document.

This can be implement by ...

1. add an export button on the top right of the Action Detail page

2. when user click on the export button, ask the user for the file name of the PDF file

3, download/export the details to a PDF file in that name

    To get PDF of action details the user can use print functionality after navigating to the direct URL
