Have actions visibility adjustable at user/group level

Option to turn on/off actions types for users . Would be a nice feature to have the ability to turn on/off action "types" for each users . Example = Might have a user/group (advisor) that we only want them to see sizing actions = (turn on) sizing actions, (turn off) their visibility for- move, storage ,etc. actions. Giving that "advisor" the ability to only see the sizing actions , with ability to turn on other actions if/when applicable
