Keep billing data statistics based on the Data Retention policy (currently, it can only display up to 30 days at maximum)

Currently, Cost Breakdown Charts can display data from the last 7 or 30 days

On the other hand, according to the Data Retention Policy as whole turbonomic, it is possible to retain data for 24 months, so it would helpful to have Billing Data retained for up to 24 months same as the  Data Retention Policy.
