Deployment support publicly for upstream (OSS) K8s environment

We understand that previously (before TOB), we supported the Multi Node Turbonomic deployment option for large scale environments to upstream (OSS) K8s environments.

Procedure published the following.

https://github.com/turbonomic/t8c-install/wiki/3.-Sizing-your-Deployment

But, public IBM document don't describe, support platform.

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/tarm/8.11.1?topic=installation-installing-kubernetes-clusters.

In fact, there are many large-scale users who want to deploy the Turbonomic Manager function to OSS K8s that they can manage themselves.
*OpenShift requires additional costs and we are already operating the K8s platform ourselves and have established knowledge and operational procedures.
