Plan migration of cloud workloads back to on-premise datacenter.

Turbonomic allows us to plan a move of on-prem workloads to cloud (Azure), but we want the ability to plan moves of cloud workloads back on-prem. We are maintaining on-prem resources to allow for bringing our servers home, but need to make sure that our provisioning calculations are correct. There are multiple disaster scenarios we want to be prepared for. We also need to validate whether we have cost savings or not by running in the cloud.
