On-Prem Deployment using AWS IAM User assume role for all accounts

Instead of creating, managing, and configuring hundreds of IAM users for large AWS organization footprints, allow the use of a single iam user access key and secret and then a role to assume in order to collect the other account details. Either passed as the full ARN (ex: "arn:aws:iam::xxx:role/turbonomic") or as just the role name and dynamically built based on the data turbo already has (rolename: turbonomic with the account number coming from the master billing account details). As more accounts are built using an account factory they can be automatically imported into turbo.
