Choosing what notification to show to users

We have a request from our Business Partner(s) in Taiwan. They are also Public Cloud's partner and would like to promote Turbonomic to their AWS clients. Their client's AWS account is a linked account under BP's AWS org account with Block Billing, which means the AWS cost explorer API is accessible in the client's AWS account. Is it possible to disable AWS cost explorer API errors and let those alerts not appearing in Notification Center > System Alerts. (refer to the attached screencap). Maybe design a toogle to disable/enable this function so that it won't affect other normal Turbo users. We understand it is not possible to disable the notifications in the Notification Center but that is a great idea to choose what notification to show to users.
