Turbonomic must provide the consistent logic as key summary(text explanation) to Admins for the recommendation action.

The image of "Turbonomic recommendation action" as attached is just an example.

Turbonomic is recommending that the current AWS EC2 VM be changed from A type to B type for better resource utilization.

However, we can not know why the recommendation has made by Turbonomic just seeing the image(result from Turbo).

It seems that the recommendation does not make sense, just CPU AVG Usage is down and COST UP by Disk type change.

Adding Key summary as the consistent explanation of recommendation is mandatory for Turbo Admins to understand properly and

they can get agreed to run the recommendation action from the App Dev teams, the owner of Applications.

The manager of Cloud operations as "our customer, very big retail company in Korea" requires this feature to persuade

the App dev and Cloud planning teams in order to reduce AWS costs by acceptable and consistent logic provided by Turbonomic.

Without this feature, we lose 470k of Turbonomic in the ELA at the end of this year.(No Revenue & No renewal)
