Local User Activity, Password Policy Administration, & API Keys

Last Activity & Login Date:  For local users, we'd like to be able to see the Last Used Activity and Last Login Date.

Password Complexity Rules and Lifecycle Management:  We need a mechanism to enforce our Company's password complexity rules, such as character length, character classes, password reuse, and lifetime.  The age of the password should be reported, with prompting for password change upon exceeding the configured lifetime.

Unique API keys: Ability to generate an unique API key by each individual user that authenticates into the UI (under any external group) using any external auth method like SAML. The group policies applied on the External Group should then also be applied to each API key created for individual users. A user can only view their own API key, including Site Administrators. Last Used and time/date of creation of API key should be made available.
