Support in-place resource resize without restart

Kubernetes at version 1.27 released a feature to change cpu and memory from containers without trigger a restart. Use this mechanism will boost Turbonomic usage on cloud native targets and minimize the requests for GitOps integrations.

Thanks for taking the time to submit the Idea. This is something we have been tracking and aware of, but have not seen many customers adopting this yet as it is still in Alpha. I have marked it as Future Consideration with no time frame at this time. We will continue to track adoption, as when it graduates to Beta and beyond I am sure more customers will be interested. Thanks
