Application Topology Definition - Add support for missing entity types, e.g. Azure App Services entities

Application topology Definition currently only support the following entity types:

  • Business Application
  • Service
  • Application Component
  • Namespace
  • Virtual Machine
  • Workload Controller

  • Database Server

Other entity types such as App Component Spec, Virtual Machine Spec or Document Collection are not yet supported.
