Today, to verify a VM can live on another vCenter, Turbonomic checks the port group name to ensure match and that the same network is available at the destination. This idea is to match on the VLAN ID instead of the port group name string.

We want to make the feature more robust. If it's supporting the same VLAN but in a different vCenter, it's possible the PG name could match the environment even if it supports the same VLAN (e.g. vlan101 on vCenter1 as "vc1-vlan101" and vlan101 on vCenter2 as "vc2-vlan101")
