Turbonomic: Add support to install OVA on Nutanix Acropolis (not just target support) Merged

With the changes in VMWare/Broadcom, we're seeing many customers look for alternative hypervisors. Nutanix is a frontrunner and is gaining market share. Turbonomic needs to support installations of on-prem Turbonomic servers (OVA deployments) on Nutanix.

Nutanix publishes a how-to for importing an OVA and running it. It just needs to be tested and supported by the product team.

this isn't just about an OVA for the Turbo Client - but also for the Secure Client (aka SaaS Client) on Nutanix.

Increased migration interest to Nutanix, this would be a good add
