Add list of Policies to the bottom of the Details Action page on volume actions. Currently it is inconsistent with other entity types like EC2, RDS, etc.

When viewing a virtual machine or database server the Action details page has a list of policies at the bottom of the proposed changes, so you can quickly see what's applied to it that is driving that recommendation. It would be handy to also see this policy list on volume entities. You can get to this by navigating to the link of the item at the top and then clicking on the details page at the higher level. This is inefficient and sometimes inconsistent. The navigation link changes depending on the action type. For example on compliance actions, the direct link at the top goes to the volume only. On other action types (Performance, Savings), only the attached VM link is shown at the top of the Actions page. When navigating to the Detail tab for the VM it shows all polices on the VM not just those for the volume in scope.
