Add Support for additional hypervisor Proxmox Virtual Environment

All VMware customer are currently evaluation options to mitigate the effect of the price hikes for the VMware products after VMware was acquired by Broadcom. One option usually evaluated is migration to another virtualization platform/hypervisor.

Proxmox Virtual Environment (https://www.proxmox.com/en/proxmox-virtual-environment/overview) is a complete open-source platform for enterprise virtualization. With the built-in web interface you can easily manage VMs and containers, software-defined storage and networking, high-availability clustering, and multiple out-of-the-box tools using a single solution.

It's web interface is very similar to what VMware vCenter UI and the vendor is offering an automated migration from VMware to Proxmox VE. Therefore it is considered as a valid alternative with a low-effort migration.

Please add support for VMware to Proxmox VE management environment and the underlying KVM/QEMU hypervisor to help customers not only to optimize the current VMware environment but also this alternative future virtualization platform.
