Ability to check Audit logs in the UI

Hi Team,

I thought that having an option of showing the audit logs in our Turbo UI would be great.

For example, in our Legacy PMC UI, if you are an Admin user, you can go and check all the users' actions. This can come in handy for huge Organizations to Audit their user-taken actions if they want to.

In Legacy PMC you would go to 

1. Reporting

2. Audit logs

3. Check the USer taken actions 

4. What even cooler, you can also select the timerange of the user taken actions and check these logs

I believe it would be valuable to include an option for viewing audit logs directly within the Turbo UI.

For instance, in our Legacy PMC UI, Admin users can access a detailed view of all user actions. This feature is especially beneficial for large organizations that need to audit user activities efficiently.

In the Legacy PMC UI, this can be done by:

1. Navigating to Reporting.
2. Selecting Audit Logs.
3. Reviewing user actions.
4. Additionally, you can specify a time range to filter (also filtering the amount of rows) and view logs, making it even more convenient.
5. Another cool option is that you can also download these user taken actions for better monitoring purposes

Implementing this in Turbo UI would enhance usability and provide significant benefits for admins managing large-scale deployments.
