Enabling Java 2 security should not break the application

Based on Visa Security policies we have to enable Java 2 security. However, enabling Java 2 security will break the JazzSM/WebGUI application. All the icons will go missing after logging into WebGUI. IBM has provided a workaround to add the below code to app.policy. But this could be tedious activity. Because every time we upgrade JazzSM we have to replace the code based on the JazzSM version. This is not advisable.     The application identified is not part of the WebSphere Application Server product, but another IBM product deployed on WebSphere. Unfortunately I do not know what the IBM product being used is so I cannot transfer the idea. I see from the description that Jazz for Service Management is used, but this is a component of multiple products. If you can respond providing me the product that is being used I can refile this Aha Idea against the appropriate product.
