Allow users to set their own default columns per object type

For the DWC user interface, under "System Configuration" > "Set User Preferences" users should be able to set their own default column set for how they want to see result lists for each object type. This user-default set of columns would be used as the default when creating new tasks with "Monitor Workload" or "All Configured Tasks" as well as when drilling into objects from other views.

The user-specific column set data could be stored as a cookie to keep maintenance simple, or it could be stored in the DWC data store, whether that is local storage or a database.

In addition to adding the ability for the user to set up their default columns in "Set User Preferences", the button at the bottom of "Monitor Workload" > "Columns Definition" should be changed from "Set Default" to "Reset to Default", and another button added next to that one labeled "Set as Default" that as it's action would take the selected columns a=nd store them as the user default for the object currently selected above; the current label on the one button "Set Default" is ambiguous in it's meaning until you click it and realize that it means "Reset selection to IBMs Default" not to "Set the current selection as Default for me". Modifying the labels and adding the additional label will make it much more clear and meet user's expectations about being able to customize the interface to their particular use.
