Critical job should part of error handler layout

The batch operators need an indication in the error handler layout, which job is most critical, so troubleshooting can be started with that one.

If two or more jobs are very close with latest start time, a critical path indicator is needed so operators start select the most critical job.

If error handler layout include column
C 01 Critical path, F-1st, Y-on path, N-not

you will always get an F, because the job is currently the first one in the path.

We need an indication, is a failing job is part of the critical path, select in option 5.3
CRITICAL PATH ==> Y

Customer require that ALL jobs in the critical path are selected as the very first one in the troubleshooting.

Today column C do not give you a correct picture

Cmd Ended time Application ws no. Jobname Errc Lo time P U C

''' 19/03/15 18.00 OPCCRIP CPUS 10 OPCTES1P OSUF 18 06.59 5 Y F

So any job on path where

P - Critical Path target
W - Eligible for WLM assistance

must have a unique indication so batch operators select the most urgent / critical one

Idea priority Urgent
