Plugin Powercenter - try to reconnect in case of broken connection

When we submit Powercenter jobs, if the connection between IWS and Powercenter is broken by any external reason the jobs currently end in error on IWS, but continue to execute on Powercenter. Therefore the user always needs to enter on Powercenter to be sure the job really ended in error or only the connection between Powercenter and IWS was broken. In the last case the user needs also to wait the job to end on Powercenter to take actions on IWS, so he need always to be with both IWS and Powercenter opened. What we need is a way to instruct the plugin to try to reconnect to Powercenter for some time, and in case of success continue to track the executing jobs, instead of ending in error immediately.
